I enjoyed the lovely traditional pub food with excellent fish and chips, and the desserts were good. I experienced some noise from neighboring rooms, which impacted my comfort. The bathroom could also use a redesign for better accessibility.

Staff were really friendly and pleasant!
It had an unbeatable location very close to the Didcot railway station, and all local shops & plus side pub. The rooms were lovely, budget, and had an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and television...

Budget Twin Room offered a decent space for two. Clean linens were a plus.
The bathroom's layout left much to be desired. Squeezing into the shower was a challenge due to the awkward sink position. The shower door opening into the room created an unnecessary hazard. Noise could be an issue from neighboring rooms. Some lively guests were too rowdy, requiring a polite request to tone it down.
